I bought a thoroughly trashed, siezed and abandoned numbers matching 1966 Bultaco Metralla 250 cc two stroke motorcycle for restoration a few weeks back. Dropped the rear seats and measured the space, and I had two inches more than the lentgh of the bike. Fit the bike in the car on its side and closed the hatch, could not believe that people watching me don't know what hatchbacks are. If Saab made a two door 9-5 with a hatch and Aero 5 speed, I'd drop $40k in a minute for it. Well, maybe if I had $40k.
Now, can anyone tell me how to unsieze a two stroke motor? This sucker is locked up solid, worse than anything I have ever worked on, and I've done a few before.
