The functionality in the door-lock system in my 97 mod SAAB have gradually been degraded over the last four years. Several times I have tried to eliminite different mailfunctional posibilities without any success. Early in this process I was convinced that the two relayes Siemens (V23083-C1002-A303) caused my problem. Today I desolided them for the PCB and opened them by using a Dremler with "cutting tools" and release the relay encapsulation carefully. I discoverd that the relay (operated) contacts overgrown by Silveroxide. I carefully removed the rubbing-down paper, put teh encapsulation back on top, testet the contactor resistans to 0 Ohm and reinstalled the relays on the print. Thats it, 4 years of "nightmare" is finally over. The door-lockers is now working perfectly.
