I'm assuming you're talking to me about the cold air fuel cutoff issue as davidk didn't mention it. In any case, when I say cold air I mean anywhere from 10 degrees F to -10 degrees F. (Vermont winters - early morning commute). The night I finished the installation of my 3" exhaust it was 4 below zero. When I put my foot down I hit fuel cutoff before I could even think about lifting it. It is simply the amount of air the system is able to use up in such a short amount of time that causes the cutoff. If used correctly the cold air can be one heck of an advantage as far as throttle response goes. You virtually lose all turbo lag, very fun to experience. I never hit fuel cutoff or overboost other than these very cold conditions. Hope that clears things up.
