Anders, everything lines up properly on the head, but the timing marks are 180 degrees off, theyr'e on the bottom. When I crank them to the top, #1 exhaust valve is open for exhaust stroke. I strongly suspect an incorrect chain install on the crank sprocket, but I'm not pulling the cover.
