The Primacys are a common OEM "touring" tire, designed to wear fairly well and give a quiet, smooth ride. Putting them in a performance suspension set-up is a different approach but it *would* make the ride a lot better at the expense of ultimate roadholding and some steering response. But those really don't matter much for day-to-day driving.
Good to get input like this. Too bad "ride" and "stiffness" is so subjective. And kinda dependent on where one lives!
