Well,
chances are high that the insurance company will consider the car a total loss. The car isn't worth much (except to you), and the cost to fix a buckled quarter will surely exceed the "market" value of the car.
If you want it, you can talk to the insurance company about buying it from them with a salvage title, and fixing it with whatever money you get for it.
No matter what happens, never take the insurance company's first offer. Always fight, and prove that it isn't an easily replaceable car. (Chances are high that the insurance company will give you a very low offer and explain that they conducted a search for similar vehicles in your area... we all know that there aren't very many similar vehicles to yours in any area...) Provide the insurance company with copies of the classifieds here to prove the value of your car.
If nothing else, you could keep your car as a parts car and get another '91-'92 9000 to "improve."
All the best... it's never a fun situation to be in.
