The probability of you getting three lemon batteries is approximately 657788320948645320497298340:1, so I'd consider some mechanical defect in the charging system instead. Could be an overcharge situation caused by a bad voltage regulator, though failures tend to manifest as lower voltage. Check the leads with the car running using a proper voltmeter, not the EDU. If you have a short on a circuit with no fuse, that could also wreck the battery.
Another thing to consider: If kept undercharged for long periods, such as short trips with heavy accessory use (starting, blasting music with lights on and going to the grocery store, for example), a condition called stratification can occur where the acid concentration biases toward the bottom, damaging the plates and tricking the charge system into believing the battery is at capacity. If most of your driving is done on short journeys, which don't allow the battery to attain a full charge, it could severely impact the state of your battery, not to mention hastening engine wear.
