My wife prefers her 9-5 Linear wagon, and it might a bit better for long trips, mostly thanks to the much lower NVH and softer ride.
The Aero seats in one of my '96 9Ks help, but the seat bottom padding has gotten compacted, so is too firm. Need to address that. That car is a Stage 1 JZW tune with 240 HP and it has *lots* more poke than the 9-5 so is more fun to drive.
A 9K seems can be more responsive handling-wise than a 9-5. This is especially true with my other '96 with an Aero suspension and SAS bars. That said, if I take over the 9-5 in a couple years from now it will get a JZW tune, fatter bars and firmer shocks. Then I think it'd be about right. And a sleeper of a wagon. :o)
