The Aero seems to have blown an engine. I don't have the time to swap the engine myself, and I think having someone else do it would be too expensive. California has a voluntary vehicle retirement program that will give me $1000 for it if it will drive a little ways. I hate to do this because I've put so much into it in the last few years - all new cooling system, brakes all around, ball joints/tie rod ends, new head gasket, etc. I especially hate to get rid of this car because it's a southern California car that is easy to work on compared to the CDE that had seen east coast winters that I had for years. Fasteners were easy to deal with on the Aero.
