I just went and checked on my stashed set of door handles-trunk lockset-ignition key cylinder, with two keys and also with cubby cover, and compared the LH and RH door cylinders.
They seem to be identical, held into the back side of the outer door handles with two phillips screws. One does have an L on its rear-facing end, and the other an R, but seem to be just the same, and same in action. (One caution, maybe they have a trigger built in that talks to the door-latching electrical connection? So maybe they're not identical. Still worth possibly swapping.)
My idea is that buying a keyed-alike new cylinder for driver's side might be pretty steep costwise, and that you could live with a slightly worn and balky key cylinder on passenger side and get a nearly unused one for free out of the psgr side for your driver door.
To take door handles off, there's a 10mm-head bolt on door end, a 10mm nut up inside the door, on a stud off front end of handle, and a poppet connection to a rod connecting lock physically with the latch works. Also, there's the electrical wire connection. This runs down along a plastic guide at rear of window glass, popped into a few round-bottomed notches, then across under it in another notch, to keep it from fouling with the moving window, then plugs into a jack.
