I'll have to agree with you on this one. The ACC is not the greatest option on the car. I too would like the old knobs, but we have what we have.
I've found that when the temps get into the -10ish and colder, the system just won't keep up with keeping all the windows clear. Not sure why, but it doesn't.
The biggest complaint I have is the lack of airflow to the foot area when the fan is on high. The outlets are just too small pointing towards the floor as compared with the defrost or the vent areas. I've found the floor setting nearly useless.
Didn't some of the earlier models of 9Ks come with knobs?
