My '96 CSE has an Aero suspension, SAS bars and poly control arm bushings. The tires are 205/55x16 on Aero rims. The tires are W-rated and the ride is pretty firm. The 205/60 x 15 winter tires are a lot softer and the ride is better. If you want a lot of road feel the 16" rims with a high performance tire will deliver. Up to you to decide. That said, I may go to a H or V rated grand touring tire next time around. I'm not doing track days with this car anymore so I don't need the max grip and a high end grand touring tire will be a bit softer and I won't give up a lot in real world handling. And the 16" rims DO look better, even though mine could use some refinishing since they were last done 100K ago. Posts in this Thread:
