'92 9000 Griffin Edition 2.3 Turbo. It will fire (briefly) on starting fluid. Ran through Ari's no-start checklist. Test 1 (Fuel pump) I can hear the pump hum. Test 2 says "The voltage should jump up for a couple of seconds, then drop back down" - I get a constant 12 volts - it never goes down. Also, when I turn the key to on, the hum at the pump never stops. This leads me to believe that it's pump replacement time, but there is one odd thing - if I crack the banjo bolt on the fuel rail after trying to start, I do get a (brief) fuel spray. Ideas?
