There is a product I have used successfully to repair a pinhole leak at the bottom of a 9-5 fuel tank. It is called Chemseal B2 Tank Sealant CS 3204 and is available from Aircraft Spruce for $21.95 for a two ounce tube. The product is a two-part sealant that is mixed in the special tube prior to application so any unused product is waste after the curing time. It sets hard but pliable and is made for sealing fuel tanks and the fuselage of aircraft. I cleaned the area with alcohol and then lightly sanded it to improve adhesion and cleaned with alcohol again (isopropanol). It’s been fine for over three years now. I think it would be worth a try on a fuel line but make sure there is no gas in the line and clean off any residue with alcohol. It’s thick so it should not go through the hole and clog the line. It is available in other sizes and with a variety of curing times.
