Robert, was you comparison between RP and Mobil 1 w/ a Mobil Sythetic Product.
Mobil 1's USA product is the their "Mobil 1® Tri-Synthetic Series" available in several grades. The sales poop looks good.
I checked out RP's stuff at oiltown.com and their main site. It strikes me that RP may not be keeping up w/ the R&D side of the Oil Business (as they don't seem clear on if they are synthic or not), and Mobil's new synthetics may be better.
I am starting to conclude that my Castol Sytec 5-50 is way better then then regular fossil lube, but a move to Mobil 1, or RP would be the BEST. I don't have any testimonials from people I feel I can trust (like this group) on Amsoil.
