I bought a 94 CSE late last spring from a used car dealer here in NY State which specializes in Saabs and it has been a LEMON, even though it had only 81K miles on it. I've had to replace the timing chain and gears, numerous electrical problems (high-low beam switch, driver's side window controller), A/C hose needs replacing, cruise control computer is out - need I go on?? My suggestion is to get a good Saab mechanic to go over it before you commit.
By the way - I've had Saabs since the early 60's, going back to a two-cycle 95, and I've loved every one of them until this. At this point, my wife is urging me to get rid of this one and I'm really undecided about whether or not I've finally caught up with maintenance that the previous owner failed to do. (PS - this dealrer also claimed that the car had been well maintained and had records, but when I actually got tyhe car, all they had was one single maintenance receipt for rotors).
GOOD LUCK AND GET IT CHECKED BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS
