Hello
Maybe someone out there could help me with my relation with the garage.
I have a not-very-well-functioning-clutch that I need to get fixed. The guy at the garage said, after having pressed the peddal a couple of times that I should change the slave cylinder fo 600USD. When asking him how he could tell it's the slave cylinder and not the master cylinder, he came up with the idea of changing both... I guess he thought the idea was better than I did. Is the guy correct, should i change both at the same time or just the one that is broken?? Why?
I plan to sell the car in two months, so I don't want to do any extra reoairs.
Thanks for your help guys, it is great to get some unbiased veiws on this issue!!
Jakob
