The image shown here is a page from an old Saab accessories catalog, and at least one of these panels (angled) is no longer being made. I purchased the panel at the base of the console (02-74-720) from Saab last January, so at that time it was still available. Keep in mind that the photos on this page don't represent the look of that panel, but you can see it at the link below. The straight panel may be what has been previously mentioned, but only placing an order will determine if it is still available. If not from Saab, do a search on "DIN gauge panel" and you should find something, as DIN slots are universally used by many other car makers.
At the link below, see the installation in my '95 Aero. The panels used are the angled panel from Saab (no longer offered) and the 02-74-720 panel to fill the cubby hole at the base of the console. Gauges were purchased from http://www.racerpartswholesale.com, which were the best prices I found anywhere after much searching.
