Gauge options

I'm hoping that Santa might bring me a set of gauges for my '87 9kT this year so I have a couple of question. First, where can I aquire a gauge panel to fit into one of the DIN slots? As I recall the flat panel is still sold by Saab. Is the dealer the best place to get one or should I look elsewhere? I like the look of some of the Autometer gauges (good prices @ carparts.com especially with a rebate) but I think the VDO gauges will be a better match to the interior. Anybody know who has the best prices on these? Egauges.com seems to have good pricing, but is anyone else better? Finally, what fitting will I need. I'm planning on running oil pressure, oil temp, and boost. Boost should be easy (just put a tee in the stock line) but what fitting will I need for oil pressure and temp. I would also like to keep the stock oil pressure idiot light, so I imagine a tee of some sort will be necesary here too. I would idealy like water temp instead of oil temp, but I understand it is tricky to hook one up, any ideas here?
Any recommendations or advice is appreciated.
Thanks!
Craig
