Aren't dealers fun to deal with? It's up to you to decide how much of what they are telling you is BS or exageration.
What does "high speed fan fuse blow" mean? Does it periodically blow fuses, or did it happen once while it was at the dealer? If the latter is the case, replace the fuse and make sure it doesn't keep blowing. Also keep in mind the caution mentioned about overheating. That will cost you.
As for the antenna mast, do you really want an electric mast? I hated the damn thing from the start because of the noise it makes and replaced it with a manual mast. It took about 15 minutes. An electric mast will cost a bit more because of the motor, but should also be easy to install.
Check the condition of the serpentine belt, heat shield, and motor mounts, don't take the dealer's word for it. If the belt is badly cracked (on the rubber side), replace it. You can shore up the heat shield with some sheet metal and Bondo. If you prep the surface well, it will last for years.
