A few observations:
Control arm bushings - Very possible. DIY, though can be a knuckle-buster. I haven't done it on a Saab, but for my old 'Vette I have a shop remove the old and press in the new bushings from the removed control arm.
Ball Joints - Unless mileage is very high, I'd be surprised if these are bad. Easy check by jacking wheel from the bottom of the joint and prying the bottom of the tire upward with a crowbar. There should be little movement within the ball joint.
Motor mounts - Very possible. DIY, but uppers are a pain.
Serpentine belt - Very possible. I bought one from Pep Boys for $17. Installing requires removal of right fender-well cover and wheel. Without Quasi's bracket fabrication, you'll need another person to assist. See Quasi's site for more.
High-speed fan - Replace fuse. Does it work? If not, diagnose further.
I can't help much more than this.
Splash guards - get used parts. Email me if you need a source.
Cat converter flange - fix by jury rig (weld) or get used part.
Brake fluid flushing - Easy with ABS, using the pump to move fluid. A shop should do it for very little money. For me, last change was $30, which is worth me not hassling with it.
Antenna mast - These do go bad. Does the power antenna work? If so, leave it be 'til it craps out. A new mast is cheap and easy to replace.
