Hi, I was wondering what the symptoms of a rich running car and a lean running car. I drive a 91 9000s 5-speed (just hit 148,000 miles today). Also, I did some research on lowering springs and sports suspensions...I found out that Eibach doesn't make a kit for this car. What are my other options. I want to go the cheapest route possible (17 year old working like mad to try to save some money). I'm even thinking about not going to prom so I can afford an upgraded suspension for the love of my life. Can i just have lowering springs installed and leave the car with the OEM Sachs shocks? I set of four bilsteins is going to run me about 500 bucks! And I won't settle for KYB garbage. Also, I'm going to change the swaybar link end bushings to polyurethane, my rubber ones are completly dry and wornout. Oh, and I have to save to change the two lower engine mounts. They are completely shot. Does anyone know where i can find good used ones. I can not afford to spend $250 on new engine mounts. Hmm...trying to keep up maintainance on old european cars is HARD for a 17 year old student. However, I DO baby my car, and would hate to sell it before I go to college in the fall. Thanks guys. Oh, can anyone give me any info on this year's Saab Convention..i Really want to go.
