I've had my 93 Aero for just over a year and it now has 114,000 kms. The records show the original clutch was replaced at about 65,000 kms (approx 40,000 miles) which seems a very short life. My experience with other cars has been that clutch life can really vary depending on driving style and the nature of use (heavy traffic/freeway/hills or flat terrain, etc.). A local SAAB specialist once told me that about 140-160,000 kms (up to 100,000 miles) was about the average for clutch life in a 9000. Judging by your mileage I would say you are pretty easy on the clutch and transmission.
