I agree with you all to well. Everyone knows that as the boost level increases, the problems with teh car also start increasing. I myself have from the beginning only wanted a solid 15-16 psi and perhaps 200-215 bhp. In my opinion, if I can achieve hitting the fuel cut-of, then I'm well better than stock and good enough for me. It's weird how the more boost you get the more you want. I just try and stay grounded to a more reasonable goal that's all, even though I too still want more. My fix for that is to quickly find another project to build. A man's gotta do something to keep him outta trouble doesn't he? Either way I'm now looking into a VOLVO to do some things to. Would like to get a nice solid 240 Turbo series wagon, perhaps an early 90's model. Wife say's they are so ugly and why would a guy with no childern want a wagon anyways.. So, I'm looking into a newer version(has to be a wagon). We'll see what the spring holds for me!! Either way, get that pressure back down to what you consider a more safe level(if there is one)and that should cut down on problems. Others can say what they wish but, to me 15-16 psi is plenty of boost if set up correctly. I think yours is..
