At the crank, should corresponsd to roughly 15 psi. I had 19 or so PSI (tapering down to maybe 13 at redline) on my Dyno run which produced 196.7 HP at the wheels. Accounting for 15% drivetrain losses, that's 231 HP at the crank. Stock boost for 160 HP is 11 psi, so I am thinking 200 HP is pretty close to the middle of where I was at vs stock.. Make sense?
To achieve higher boost, the basics are simple, but the actual application is a bit more involved. Simplistically, you want to move more air and fuel through your engine. This involves exhaust modifications, boost modifcations (can be electronic in the APC box, as well as mechanical at the wastegate), fuel modifications in the form of different injectors and fuel pressure regulator. Ignition modifications in the form of altered distributor advance/retard diaphram also helps, as does a higher energy ignition system, or special plugs with the stock ignition. The list really goes on and on and on..
As I mentioned, and Phil as well, going from 15 psi, a nice jump over stock HP, to 20 psi, which is nearly 50% more HP and torque, really tends to bring out ANY weak areas in the whole system, and is nowhere near as simple as going from 11 to 15 psi in terms of getting it right.
Law of diminishing returns, or in this case, increasing headaches..
