Assuming your car is like mine, with a hydraulic tensioner, you need a 19mm socket with a long breakerbar handle. Easiest way is to remove the passenger side (US) wheel and wheel liner.
You will need to fabricate a tool to keep the tensioner compressed while removing the pulley. Do a search on this BB to find Quasimotor's site. He has a cool little tool that will do the trick.
To release the tension, put the socket on the tensioner pulley bolt and turn with slow, steady pressure COUNTER CLOCKWISE. Slip the belt off one of the pulleys available.
Istall your tensioner compressor.
Remove the tensioner pulley by turning the pulley bolt CLOCKWISE. That's right. It is a reverse thread.
Mark the path of the belt in your mind.
Install the new belt and away you go.
Note: Do not try this with out a tool to keep the tensioner compressed.
Good Luck.
