Jon, I have mentioned those boots before. The driveshafts would be from late '71 to '74 standard/auto. They are the same. It depends on how he went about that transmission to know what you have. A common way is to go with the later set-up and that would require a change to Girling brakes as opposed to ATE brakes. What type of brakes have you got? I think you can make that transmission upgrade within your old case too, if you know what your doing. Your best bet would be to contact and ask the guy who did the work if you still can. If you still have ATE brakes, he knows his stuff.
