For the side mounts, the driver's side works fine from the B-motor, the passenger side not as much. The lower, most important part, works but the support for the head of the engine would have to be fabricated. I have used the one from the 16V engine setup but had to modify it to accommodate the mount bolt. I have also made my own by cutting and rewelding one from an 8V H-motor as well as the more "tube-like" version from some B-motors.
The front mount can be squished a bit by taking it apart and shortening the inner sleeve on the mount itself. This will allow you to tighten the mount, compressing a bit further on the rubber portion. This is a possibility but in reality, I have never had a problem with the 16V head contacting the hood. I know others have mentioned it but it just hasn't been an issue of the 4 or 5 conversions I've done. That being said, it could have been due to using 30 year old front mounts... I'm sure they sag over time. I shortened the inner sleeve on the last two just to lower the center of gravity a bit. One more thing, though, on three of the conversions I wanted a 5 speed and didn't have the duckbill transfer case cover. I used the 900 cover, cut off the cast mount portion and capped it. I then used a gear drive steel mount bracket and modified it to fit the bolt patter of the capped 900 cover. I was able then to put the front of the engine/transmission right where I wanted it. (I'll admit it looked a lot better on the 3rd version than on the first...)
Good luck.
