gas fill neck from the inside of the car. On a 3-door / I'm still confused by what model a GL is - I believe I've seen 2,3,4,&5-door 99's as GL's / you must remove the interior panel in the trunk area. There are several connections at the filler neck. Also the line that runs up goes to an inline valve with rubber connections that can be bad. AND - under the car there is a one-way valve in the gas line in front of the tank, RH side, again with rubber connectors that go bad. I've also found this plastic valve to be cracked and leaking. This leak location usually drips gas on the floor when the tank is full.
