my paint chip book shows it to be SAA 185 paint code which would make it alabaster yellow....code 187 is also alabaster yellow according to my factory manual.
That fender looks like it had collision damage and was poorly repaired. I'd take a griner to it and take it to bare metal, then assess what had to be cut out and replaced. Saab fenders are welded on, so a proper replacement, even a partial fender, would require some welding. Of course bondo would be needed to cover the weld seam as well as primer work to fill the scratches in the primer. Since it is yellow, poor bondo work would not show as much(as compared to a black car)
Did you buy it yet?
