I made one from a length of 1/2 in dia aluminum rod with several short lengths of tubing of different ODs slid over the rod. I just fished around through some scraps of tubing to get the right diameters - I can't remember the exact diameters. It worked quite well. You need to have a little bit of a delicate touch since it is a little compliant and I had to figure out where to use and not use WD 40 to make it slip in and out without the tubing sliding off the rod. Much easier and cheaper than buying the correct tool.
