Clutch Master Cylinder Bolts Posted by BAAB [Email] (#1214) [Profile/Gallery] (more from BAAB) on Sun, 14 Dec 2008 13:43:05 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I had a couple hours of sun and warmth today, so I thought I would remove the clutch master to rebuild it. I didn't get very far because the 2 bolts that hold the cylinder to rear bulkhead are IMPOSSIBLE to get to. I just assumed that I could undo the bolts and pull the master cylinder out, but it looks like I either need to buy a crazy wrench (although I'm not sure what that would be) or I need to pull the brake booster just to get to the two bolts. Is there a recommendation? It is supposed to be almost 70 tomorrow and sunny so I plan to resume the job tomorrow. Thanks for ALL the help! This BB is the best! I would be lost without it.
