The guys on Wheeler Dealer on the Velocity cable channel had Kotto auto glass in California make them a new windshield out of an new one for an Impala. The curve was an exact fit and he traced the Saab windshield on the Impala windshield and cut away the excess. I seem to remember sometime during the episode they said it was a 2014 Impala. I don't know how many cities have replacement windshield places like Kotto that will do a custom job but that might be an option for more of us in the future.
