Intake, exhaust, many fuel injection components, turbos (with exhaust manifold, of course), intake tract. If you want to take the time you can also swap most ignition components including the distributor. Also believe that pistons are compatible between the two - my machine shop said installing APC (8.5:1) pistons into my 99T would not be a problem. Probably some other things, but honestly, why bother?
