Sounds like you might not be getting enough fuel at high loads. I would replace the fuel filter if you haven't already. How are your fuel injectors; have you cleaned or replaced them? If all that is ok you may want to check the fuel pressure. That is regulated by the pressure control valve in the fuel distributor. Or it could be the fuel pump going bad.
