I just changed that photo a little after getting some more information.
The center bolt I would not use at all if I would to install new ones, and I don't think you can find that one at a dealer. Yes the washer is just as loose on the center one as on the right one.
The middle bolts are now superseeded by the bronze tinted bolt to the right. It might be some old stock though at some suppliers so it's always good to checl\k them out.
On the top of the bolt head it is stamped BUFO on both the middle and right bolt.
Some of my suppliers sell the new (right) bolt and call it made by FEBI. Don't know what that means.
I ordered one the other day just to see what it looked liked. It was identical to the right bolt (Saab oem) in picture.
But one of my suppliers also sell a bolt they call "Scantech". That bolt looks identical to the left bolt in the picture (old style bolt).
I have not had a chance to test the bolts on an engine yet.
I need to order more of the two different types and do a torque test with them to get the "feel" of, if the one called scantech is actually as strong as the old style bolt.
If so, that bolt is what I'm going to use and go back to the old torque specs that I have been using for years and years.
The right bolt in picture you still have to use the new lower torque specs on.
Old torque specs (left bolt) 60 Nm (44 lbf ft), 80 Nm (59 lbf ft), 90 degree
New torque specs (middle and right bolt) 40 Nm (26 lbf ft), 60 Nm (44 lbf ft) 90 degree.
