This 150K mile service is a biggie; tis very important to keep nigh perfect records to prevent doing the unnecessary and to have a good check list unless a man has an infallible memory - I surely do not !!
The sunroof : check and clean drains, lubricate rubbing surfaces, clean away the accumulated compost and dirt. My daughter tells me that the sunroof motor is slow (she too has a 900S,but with the E-T).
The service may or may not include tire rotation ( I think this a waste of time), but all the wheels should be removed. The spare and the trunk or boot must be checked (water drain valves,etc)..
Then the whole underside should be gone over - great to have a lift !!
The one handbrake cable was not secured that well; its protection was abraded thru by the movement of the rear suspension cross member leading to rust and seizure. One brake pipe was not secured..
Rust ! Enough for a quart of POR-15 !! A very rusty clamp on a fuel vent line - not good. Rust on the gas tank straps ..
So much to do, so little time.
