stud itself turned, as I was able to get clamping pressure with the nut itself (which stopped the spinning of the sleeve when tight). This leads me to believe that nothing is stripped and all is well.
However, I am curious as to the reason it came loose in the first place, and what to do about the gasket and small seepage. I do understand vibrations may cause this, but it was spinning loose and close to falling out, not just a bit undone. :o\
Thanks for reading and the advice (as always)!! Anything else?
Sean
