Howdy.

After much discussion my wife got a new 9-3. She contemplated getting a Passat, but after driving both several times, the Passat's beautiful body style was no match for the shear driving fun of the 9-3!

We got a wonderful deal on a lease on her 9-3 -- it's black over grey leather (which is pretty ironic as that is the exact color combo of my '88 SPG!). Heated seats, cd, on-star, auto (and she doesn't know about him yet, but I got her the cute little stuffed Saab aviator bear so she can have a co-pilot.

The car is just wonderful, except for the fact that it's only been ours for 4 days and it's in the shop. NOthing major, but the switch for the air distribution broke because for some reason it was really, really hard to turn. In fact the temp. selector switch is the same way. How are these items on your 9-3's?

Anyway, the car is fixed now and we'll pick it up tomorrow, so hopefully that will be the last time we see the dealer until the 1,000 mile checkup!
