20,000 mile service

I'm about to take my '99 9-3S in for its 20,000 mile service, and I've got a few questions for any of you who've already had it done:

What comprises the 20,000 mile service?

Any recall items I should point out other than the usual power steering banjo bolt (already done)and climate control box issues (done twice, entire box replaced the second time)

How many miles do you gen'ly get on the stock 15" Michelins?

For those of you in metric countries (meaning almost anywhere but here!), does a normal service occur at 32,000km, or do you round up or down?
