Congrats on your new purchase - I'm sure you'll enjoy the car. About your questions:
1) Unless you're the type to show off at every light, tire spinning shouldn't be a problem - you'll get used to the power curve and the clutch. Saabs aren't exacly famous for speed off the line. Your engine is tuned for strong acceleration in 3rd and 4th gears (which is where you need it anyway).
2) $$$. If you're unhappy with the power after you've driven it a while, then swap the ECU. You can get smaller gains through a sport exhaust and a better air filter.
3) I've no idea what the tires are, but I'm sure they're all-seasons. Probably Michelins.
4) Wow! There's a Saab that went 20k miles without a problem?!?! Seriously, you'll see a lot of problems listed here - that's the point of the board, after all. Saab quality has improved considerably, and is on par with any other European (BMW, Audi, etc.) Many will argue it's even better. But don't look for it to be as trouble free as the Japanese makes. I don't know why this is, but European and cars are simply more prone to repairs than their Asian counterparts.
5) Just take it easy. Try to drive at a variety of engine speeds for a while, but keep it under 4-5k rpms and try not to lug the engine. Change the oil at 1000 miles, and religiously after that. Switch to synthetic oil after a while - it isn't absolutely necessary but then it's not that much more, so why not? Search for synthetic on all the boards to find some good discussions about when the best time to do this is.
Also, there has been a lot of discussion about the speaker quality in the base model. Search this board for some suggestions on good after-market setups.
