You deal with University Saab, don't you? I understand that they leave a bit to be desired. I'd like to open up a new Saab dealership in Santa Fe or Albuquerque. Then I could live in beautiful country (Dallas is NOT beautiful), eat great New-Mex and sell Saabs all day.

I'm surprised that your doors would stick. It took pretty extreme heat and the car sitting out all day for them to stick. I'm talking 102 or 105 F outside. I guess you could live in a different part of the state than Albuquerque, because it doesn't get THAT hot there!

Anyways, I had them replace both rear door latches, handles and all assemblies. My dealership, Sewell Saab, was brand new at the time, and they were happy to do anything for a Saab owner. It took them a few days to do it, but I was given a loaner car. I tried to have Dallas' old Saab dealership, Bankston, fix the car, but they weren't really willing to- they'd always state, "NPF-No Problem Found!"
