...the overboost feature in 3rd through 5th gears. Overboost uses the full 20psi of boost available for about 20 seconds, whereas under normal conditions the Viggen only uses about 16psi of boost. I've read that overboost produces somewhere around 272 lb-ft of torque which is 63 lb-ft more than the SE. Also remember that the Viggen has it's torque limited in the first two gears (184 in 1st and 242 in 2nd) to save the tranny and help get the power to the ground. If the car were rear- or all-wheel drive, then I'm sure the power and torque numbers could easily be higher. As it is, it's difficult to get the stock power down to the pavement.
