The headlights look too small for the size of the car. The back is almost identical to a Contour. Interior looks nice, though.
I agree with the other posts... looks too much like a Ford. Every car manufacturer does some sharing of components but too many don't know when to call it quits. If you buy a premium car and it's not a BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Saab, or Porsche, you're probably buying a rebadged economy car.
Jag = Ford/Lincoln
Audi = Volkswagen
Lexus = Toyota
Acura = Honda
Infiniti = Nissan
