it was in the shop (CRS) because it was getting its 30K check up (at 29,200m) and a few smaller things looked at (there was a clunking in the front end and it turns out I had a faulty strut which they replaced).

in the past I took it into 128 saab (and have since never gone back) to see about my ac that wasn't working. a hose had touched the engine, melted, and then dumped it and its resevoir's contents out into the air. so they "fixed" it which means they got new coolant all over the engine and then didn't put one of the hoses back on, so my radiator drained out every 10 mins.

anyone on here from Boston that can recommend a service shop?
