Just make sure you get the front end alignment checked. You may have bent a tie rod or ball joint or knuckle or whatever without even realizing it. I'm sure you'll notice in a 1000 miles when your tires aren't wearing evenly, but better to find out now before you put new wheels and tires on.
Heck, it happens to the best of us. Just take the lump and jump back up on that horse. I did something like that around the house 3 weeks ago when I was on vacation. I said, oh well, poop happens, and proceeded to fix the mess I had made.
BTW, is the steering wheel still centered?
