There is a Torx driver (screw driver) in the trunk with the jack, etc. There are four Torx screws on the top of the DI cassette that you will remove. Then you will open the wire connector located to the right side of the cassette. Pull straight up to remove the old unit. Make sure you do not attempt to remove the cassette immediately after you turn of the car. Multiple bursts of electricity are fired through the cassette after shutoff to clean the plugs.
The new unit goes in the reverse order of the removal. Snuggly tighten the screws.
