This leak is not tied into the car being driven...It leaks in heavy rain when car is PARKED!
I have SEALED everything I can , I sealed... the tail light assembly(the gasket to the body and the light assembly to the gasket) with silicon, I sealed the gas filler compartment(the door lock assembly, the filler door hinge assembly, the plastic flange gasket around fill pipe to the body and the space between the gasket and the fill pipe with silicon.
There is No water ever at or around the floor drain plug and the moon roof drain tube is fit into the drain plug firmly as is the floor drain plug into the floor . There is never any water on the moon roof drain tube itself on the outside ( as if it were to be dripping off if tube was damaged or not seated at the roof itself)
The shock tower is dry as a bone and there is no evidense of any moisture at all on or around it. I did a pressure spray test also and it resulted in NO water leakage at the shock..
The water pools up right at the point where the wheel well and floor meet (seems to be coming from behind that metal panel that covers the gas fill pipe and such from above running down) There is no water back beyond this area or forward of it, The water pools only at that point.
It seems strange but the water seems to be dripping down from above somewhere????
Anyone have any suggestions as to the source?!?!?!
