15k and you still have 90%? Wow, you don't use your brakes much. I'm lucky to get 30k on a set of pads and rotors! It sounds like you might not want to touch anything at this point. After two years there are small grooves in the rotors and the pads have bedded in with those grooves. So you'd probably have to have the rotors machined a bit or the new pads won't work well at all. When I switched out my v4 greenstuffs, I barely had a thousand miles on them.
Call Nick at genuine saab and see how he would recommend you proceed from here. He's a bit of a performance junkie. I don't know anything about ceramic pads. I did find the following on genuine's web site. Are they the pads you are referring to? The review looks good, maybe I'll try them myself next time around!
