Had the dealer replace the crancase ventilation system according to TSB 210-2418 Edition 3 (thanks Genuinesaab). Dealer wasnt even aware of the TSB but found the parts bundle on sight...we'll see if this takes care of the weeping oil from my head gasket. For those unaware, models that have oil leaks - retorquing the head bolts may help but Saab has also come up with a package to reduce crankcase ventilation pressure in these models...the TSB recommends this replacement before any headgasket change but I'm now doubting many service guys are really aware of where the oil leak problem may be orginating from.
